1. General
- By registering for or participating in the 35th Elets World Education Summit (WES) -
Dubai
Edition, all individuals and entities agree to comply with these Terms and
Conditions.
- Elets Technomedia reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these terms at any
time
without prior notice.
2. Registration and Participation
- All participants must complete registration through the official WES Dubai website
or authorized channels.
- The organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any registration without
providing a reason.
- Participation is subject to availability and capacity limits at the venue.
3. Payment and Cancellation
- All registration fees, sponsorship amounts, exhibitor fees, and award nomination
charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- In case of cancellation by a registered participant, no refund shall be issued.
- Elets Technomedia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to
unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the registration may be transferred to a
future edition.
4. Awards & Nominations
- Submission of nominations does not guarantee selection or winning of an award.
- All award decisions made by the jury/panel appointed by Elets are final and binding.
- Misrepresentation or false information may lead to disqualification without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- All event content including presentations, videos, logos, designs, and documents are
the intellectual property of Elets Technomedia or respective speakers/partners and
may not be reproduced or reused without permission.
6. Photography and Video Recording
- The event may be photographed, recorded, and broadcast. By participating, attendees
consent to their images, names, and voices being used in marketing or promotional
materials.
7. Conduct and Safety
- All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward others.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the event for
disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Data Privacy
- Personal data collected during registration may be used for event communication,
marketing, and partner/sponsor outreach.
- Elets Technomedia ensures that your data is handled with care and in compliance with
applicable data protection regulations.
9. Third-Party Links and Sponsorships
- The event may contain promotional content from third parties. Elets Technomedia is
not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content shared by sponsors or
exhibitors.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Elets Technomedia will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage
incurred during or related to the event, whether directly or indirectly.
